Since 2016, she has been working at the Department of Neurosurgery at Inselspital Bern under the direction of Prof. Andreas Raabe - since receiving her specialist title as a senior physician.
Due to her great interest in the treatment of children, Katharina Lutz has specialized in paediatric neurosurgery. She was able to deepen her knowledge in this field during a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at the Children's Hospital in Sankt Augustin, Germany.
