Anna Katharina Krähenbühl, MD, began her training as a specialist in neurosurgery in 2003 at the University Hospital Zurich under Prof. Dr. Yasuhiro Yonekawa, continued in Bern under Prof. Dr. Rolf Seiler and Prof. Dr. Andreas Raabe, and obtained the title of specialist in neurosurgery in 2010. She deepened her interest in minimally invasive techniques, especially neuroendoscopy and endoscopically assisted procedures, as well as skull base surgery during a one-year residency at Greifswald University Hospital under the direction of Prof. Dr. Henry Schroeder.
Anna Katharina Krähenbühl is a member of the Swiss Society of Neurosurgery and regularly continues her education during national and international congresses and stays abroad. In 2018, she took over as head of pituitary surgery at Inselspital.
