Tanja Belser has been a nursing expert at the Department of Neurosurgery at the Inselspital, Bern University Hospital, since 2010. She completed her studies in nursing science at the Bern University of Applied Sciences for Health.
As a senior nursing expert, she is responsible for the quality of nursing care in the Neuro medical area as well as for the further development of patient-centered care and support by Advanced Practice Nurses.
Tanja Belser is also involved in direct patient care with a focus on spinal disorders, pain issues and patients with cerebrospinal fluid loss syndrome. She is committed to patient-centered care through integration of research, education, leadership, consultation, and collaboration within the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team.
