Symposium Deep Focus on Movement Disorders
On the occasion of the newly announced strategic partnership between the Insel Group and the Swiss Medical Network, we are pleased to invite you to the interdisciplinary symposium «Deep Focus on Movement Disorders», taking place on September 4, 2025, at the Bellevue Palace in Bern.
This in-person event will focus on recent advances and clinical applications of cutting-edge therapies such as MRgFUS (magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound) and DBS (deep brain stimulation). Discussions will center on how these technologies are shaping the treatment landscape for patients with Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s disease.
An international panel of experts will present current evidence, share clinical experiences, and offer insights into future perspectives – including the potential of focused ultrasound to open the blood-brain barrier.
We look forward to welcoming you for an afternoon of exchange, inspiration, and innovation.
